I first came across this seven-minute exercise routine in 2013 and have more or less been doing it ever since, sometimes with longer gaps than others, but it’s been great to revisit the original article and be reminded of the power and benefits of this great and SHORT routine.

Like many, I struggle to get started with exercise, employing some fairly creative procrastination strategies, but the beauty of this little baby is that once you get started, it’s almost time to stop.
